REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

OPEN PROCUREMENTS

The San Diego Workforce Partnership (SDWP) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) on April 27, 2011 to procure Monitoring Services. For more information and to view the RFP and attachments click HERE.

The San Diego Workforce Partnership contracts with local businesses and community-based organizations to provide a variety of products and services to youth, employers and job seekers.  We conduct a competitive but fair process, reviewing cost, quality and qualifications, in the procurement of goods and services necessary to meet the needs of our customers.

The Workforce Partnership works to ensure equal opportunity to all qualified vendors and organizations wishing to compete to provide goods and services put out to bid by the Workforce Partnership.

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

The Workforce Partnership issues a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) inviting public and private organizations to establish their qualifications to respond to an RFP or other competitive procurement and contract with the Workforce Partnership.  A Qualified Agency List (QAL) is compiled of potential bidders whose qualifications meet the minimum eligibility to contract.

Those interested in contracting with the Workforce Partnership may submit an RFQ at any time.  However, those planning to submit proposals in response to an open RFP are encouraged to submit  an RFQ as soon as possible, and no later than the final date of that proposal submittal process.
